After dumping black tank the toilet will no longer flush. Worked great all weekend until we were ready to go home. Dumped tanks then went to toilet to flush and it was totally dead. Ours uses the 2 button unit to start flush but it seems the power to it is gone. Checked the fuse in the front bay under the drivers seat and it was good.
Waterpump is working properly.

Can anyone give me some insight on what to do next?

Thanks

The little control module's will also sometimes go out.

We had bad luck with our unit, needing to replace the flapper slide and gaskets multiple times. On hotter days, we could tell when the black tank was getting 'ripe'(:! We ended up installing the same basic unit, but with the little manual foot pedal flush on the front. My DW say's that besides replacing the Norcold 1200 with the Samsung RF18 - that it's her favorite mod we've made to the coach. We've never gone more then a full year without problems in the old unit, and dang it's loud in operation! The new unit is 2 1/2 years so far, and normal maintenance, with and occasional CLR dilution sitting in the bowl to avoid hard water build up on the flapper and seals area.

And while not easy, I believe those non KISS electric units have a wheel you can turn in back - for manual operation. (Having done so a few time, it's a good core workout during the time required to open, and then close:)!).

Best to you, hope it is the inline fuse:)!

We also replaced our electric toilet with a manual floor pedal. Same make and style, just not electric. Quieter and uses less water plus, in my opinion, more reliable. Happy.
Check in line fuse behind toilet. Their is an manual "wheel" you can turn to activate valve that's behind and above base of toilet.
Good luck

There is a wheel in the back you can turn to open it. I have taken a wire and bent it to clean out the seal. Then I use thedford seal lubricant I pour some in and let it there for a few hours. When I have trouble I use the lubricant maybe once every couple of weeks.
