Any assistance is appreciated.
I'm looking for a parts supplier for Suburban Furnaces Model NT-24SP & NT-34BW/SP. The manufacturer doesn't sale directly to the customer.
Thanks,
Bobby

Hello Jim,
When I return home next week I'm going to have to pull the unit to have access for troubleshooting. Looking at the schematic, I must check the following items:
1. Hi Temp limit switch (NC)
2. Sail switch (NO)
3. Module board
4. Electrode
5. Fuel Valve
6. Loose or broken wiring
I suspect a defective component.
Thanks for the information, I'll let you know if parts are required.

Try Carolina Coach in S Carolina. They provided us with parts last year when our back Suburban was misbehaving.

Most common is the board.... Second would be sail switch
