Picked up the RV after house battery replacement and a number of other issues. Foolish me did a walk around, but did not check all systems. The HWH is completely dead, radio dead, stereo in the cabinet dead, rear camera dead. Is there anything common to these items? Took a rock to the windshield coming home too . . . not a good day. Any assistance most appreciated. By the by, never get work done on a Friday, no one around for two days anywhere.

Had this coach for 13 years and never touched the "salesman" switch. Great Scott, how embarrassing. It worked sir. This list is beyond awesome. I REALLY appreciate your quick reply. Many thanks.

Someone please explain the term "salesman switch"? Never saw it in my manual.

house battery switch located by the front door. Salesman would turn house batteries off while coach was in lot being sold. they started calling it salesman switch.

Check in the battery compartment for breakers to reset.

Look at a few different things, your GFI might be triped. Your inverter breaker near or on the inverter tripped. Breaker switches (2) mine are in the lower cargo bays passenger side rear wall.
Also, something not completed with the work they did.

Take a good look in the battery bay for any cables they missed connecting. And, give them a call, and ask them if they pull a fuse along the way?
That being said, sounds like a combination of 12V and 120V items not working. So yes to checking to be sure the Inverter/Charger are fully turned on, perhaps go in and manually cycle off/on the inverter/charger.
Good luck, and please close the loop on what you find out:)! Best,
Smitty

Funny how this thread came up sequence wise, probably this Smitty Dude behind the keyboard problem:)! Glad it was KISS, as in the Salesman Switch:)!
Smooth sailing,

My tag axle is bouncing and I think it does not have enough load on it. I went over the cat scale today and it was 13k front 16k drive and 7k tag.

I'm curious what the symptom is of the tag bouncing? Considering that the tag only has two wheels, against 4 on the drive, I would think the numbers you've got would be about right. It certainly shouldn't be more than half the drive load.
I would guess that if it is bouncing it's probably a shock absorber issue, and would replace the shocks.

Most likely a balance issue. Weight has nothing to do with bouncing, especially with 7K on it. Shocks will dampen bouncing but not cause it so it is not shocks either. Find out how much out of balance the tires are and get them balanced.
How much to they bounce and how did you determine they are bouncing?

Mikee - You are D Man when it comes to Suspension:)! Do I not also recall reading that some owner's of some CC's had some problem with bolts coming loose too? Pretty sure it was the Tag that was impacted.
OP - Sure would not hurt to take a few minutes and due a good visual of all of the major bolts associated with the tag:)!
And agree, that out of balance, or out of round, would cause the bouncing too...

Good memory, Smitty - I'm the guy who had the tag failure, a year ago. The bolts didn't come loose, they broke right off, and the tag hanger bracket bent backward so much that the tire on that side was scrubbed almost bald in a day.
After bolting it back up in a truck shop in NorCal, I took it to Henderson's line-up in Grants Pass. They put it back to within 0.1 degree of spec, and I've been watching it closely ever since. So far, so good. They told me the only way to get it totally back in spec will be to put it in a frame jig and bend it straight, and I'm holding off on that since it's a big job. A little extra tread wear on a tag tire isn't going to pay for that..
Meanwhile, on the bouncing tag - Mikey may be right, but I would think an out-of-balance situation would be described as a vibration rather than "bouncing" which is why I asked what the symptom is. I'm not sure how I'd know if the tag was bouncing, unless the drive was too. Haven't seen a reply to that question, so I wouldn't rule out bad shocks yet. Of course shocks don't cause bouncing, but a wheel will bounce after hitting any obstacle - the shock's job is to dampen the spring effect so it doesn't bounce more than once....
