How are the day night shades removed. I need to repair one in the bedroom.

You don't need to remove the shade you need to anchor the string on the broken side. On either side of the shade is a string that goes from top to bottom that string goes through the window seal and is anchored on the bottom. The anchor on the bottom of the window seal broke and then the string goes above the window seal. The trick is to get the string through the hole in the window seal and anchor the string with a small dowel or nail. I have repaired 2 on my 06 inspire.

Our 2003 Intrigue shades have clips that hold the upper boxed curtain frame in place. One tab of these clips is longer than the other, so pry that one out slightly to release the frame, then rotate the frame downward and get the remaining clip to release. Take the whole frame down and unscrew the panel at the bottom of the window that the cords run through. Reverse the process to rehang the shade with the bottom panel being the last piece to install. I hope this makes sense. We've done several over the years since the coach was new. Safe travels.
