After having set for a couple months, Coach would not start. It has been plugged into shore power and the batteries are good. The jacks were down but partially retracted and the emergency brake released. Engine just tries to turn over but will not. I retracted the jacks all the way. Emergency brake will not engage. I ran the jacks down until they stopped in auto. Still no emergency brake engagement and engine just tries to turn over but won't.
Is there some way to check out the interlocks between the brake, transmission, leveling system? I heard no air passage on the bags during my attempts to start and during running the jacks.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Coach will crank but will not ignite or it will not crank at all?

It crank but not ignite. Kind of sounds like when I have tried to start in my early years with the jacks down.

Sounds like the coach battery is dead or has a bad connection. Plugging in does not charge the coach battery.

Could be the relay for the emergency brake. Try a jumper to ground

Do a search in the country club forum. I found a thread about the nason switch and jumper for the relay.

I have put both house and chassis batteries on chargers. Will try again in the morning but any other input is welcome.
Thanks for the help and interest so far. H

What are the voltages?

Didn't have my meter. But chassis battery charger went green light pretty soon after hook up. House battery remains on red light meaning charging.

I have no idea if these issues are even related, but a week ago my 06 C-13 Cat would not shut down even when I turned the key off. Finally used the emergency shutoff plunger in the engine compartment. Next day, the engine cranked but wouldn't fire or start. No fuel or ignition solenoid on this unit to malfunction. Turned out we checked the shutoff plunger, and if we twisted it 90 degrees it dropped a little and then the engine fired and started. Hope this helps!
