We have a 1999 36' Allure Deschutes No. 30288. We are experiencing no charging to the batteries while hooked up to power. We still have the original Heart Interface Freedom 20D Echo system. I'm assuming that the Heart has failed. What I read is that there are no parts being made and replacement is the best option.
I'm looking for your suggestions on the best replacement system.
Thank you.

What did you replace it with? Did you do it or have someone do it? Did you need to replace the remote control panel?

I was traveling thru Pa when my failed so I called Stoltzfus RV in West Chester on a Sunday, went to their location and on Monday they found a replacement nearby and had me back on the road Tuesday. It is a Xantrex Freedom 458 and they did install a new control , and it looks like factory original equipment. A little over $2000, but pleased with the prompt professional service and installation. Currently back home in Florida. J.T. Shealy, 99 Magna 36'

The Xantrex 458 we removed from our coach 8 years ago, is still going strong for the fireman we sold it to at a bargain price... Our coach was has a build date of Sept 2003, and the Xantrex of those era were well thought of. (Only reason we changed it out, was I wanted PSW for my stereo gear I was adding. We did lose 2, maybe it was 3, coffee pots to the MSW - but that was on me, as I should have fired up the generator!)
Hope todays Xantrex are as good as they were in 2003 era:)! (Seems strange to call '2003' and era:)!)
Best to you, and all,
Smitty
