It appears that one of my dump valves is leaking as I always have water when I
Remove the covered cap (more than usual), when I get ready at setup.
My coach has a large stainless steel cover that covers that area where the handles
Are located at.
Has anyone had to take this cover off to repair or replace anything?
If you have is there anything I need to be careful of or real difficult?
Thanks in advance.

I have taken the cover off a couple of times to tighten my shower
connection. It is a pain with one person - 2 makes it easier. Be sure to
wear thick gloves as the cover has sharp edges and you'll end up with lots
of little slices.

Tony, Thanks for the info on the sharp edges.
Are all the water connection and such hard to get off?
I'm sure with 2 people one can hold in place or lean it out
while the other disconnects. Correct?
Any special tools or such I should get before the project?
Again Thanks, Dave

It is actually not that hard to get the plate off, it's putting it on that 2 people helps. Once off, everything is pretty easy to deal with. I will be taking mine off again soon to put on electric waste valves.

I saw those, but thought they might not fit behind the plate.
What year coach do U have?
Let me know how it turns out.
