Just an update,
I bought 4 switches part number PVA1OAH13.5NV2 (http://d.digikey.com/ybASMqqp070NKXwC4t20000)
from Digikey.com - $10 with shipping.
They are exact matches, and took only 6 minutes to remove replace with soldering iron.
Those services on eBay charging $150 to do this same thing - making $140 per thermostat - that's an insane rip off.

Thanks for the info. Do you have the DigiKey part #?

replaced switches with the ones from digikey. Works great now. Easy solder job.
