We had 1 dead fog lamp on our 2006 Affinity which caused some research. Seems they, along with both high & low beams are HID lamps, purported to be brighter & less power hungry & longer lasting than halogens. Each bulb has its own ballast and inline relay so anyone of those components could be bad. We are still troubleshooting but found a useful bender in Ontario CA. HID Warehouse. They have a store on Amazon and are prompt with replies to questions.

It's probably too late but I was able to find the same fog light on amazon for our 2008 Intrigue at a very reasonable price.

Amazon.com: TYC 19-5318-00-1 Compatible with CHEVROLET Left Replacement Fog... (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P2NU9HY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

The bulb was included too which was a surprise.
