Title: External pneumatic ports
Post by: Rmbarr on April 26, 2020, 01:06:21 pm
Are there external pneumatic ports (for tire air) on 2006 Intrigue, and where would they be located ?

If you have one, it will probably be in the external bay under the driver's seat

The port you are looking for is in front of the driver side in the front of the coach. There are three water vapor drain points you can hook up a air hose there.

Thanks for the help. I am reluctant to tap into the Thomas suspension compressor as I believe it should be regulated below 100psi. Please correct me if I an wrong.

I have one in engine bay just inside the door on the right by the hydraulic fluid reservoir and on top of fuel filter holder.  Did you check there?  Mine may have been aftermarket for trailer air...not sure it's OEM.

Correct and at that pressure its only .95 cfm. This compressor IMO should never be used to fill tires or any use except to top the HWH tanks when the engine is off and the system is leveling the coach.

CC used IMO at least on my Magna the wrong pressure switch, 115psi. I changed it to a 85psi.
I also changed the fuse from 20 amp to 30 amp as at 85psi it draws 28amps.

Thanks for the reply's. Added a quick disconnect to the engine bay pneumatic port. Also easy allows moisture evacuation from system.
