Title: Fuel fittings: which? -8? -10?
Post by: journeyman on May 25, 2021, 10:56:38 am
I am going to attempt to install an AirDog fuel pump system near the fuel tank on my 2002 intrigue 36'.

The AirDog tech asked me if the tank fitting was -8 JIC or if it was a  -10 JIC fitting.

I am overseas at the moment, so it would help if someone knows what size fitting the tank and hose has.

I have the 370 Cummins CAPS engine (ISL)

IMO I would not use a Air Dog I'd replace it with a stock pump..
Last thing you want is a hard to get fuel pump when it breaks ...
FYI...seen a few break so hence my advice.
