Title: HWH Six Pack Air Manifolds - HWH no longer making
Post by: Jim and Jona Seifert on June 17, 2021, 12:41:23 pm
The 6-pack Air Manifold at the rear of our 2007 Integra 530 43 Tag Axle is leaking.  I called HWH and they are out of stock on the box (Part No.  RAP36620) and currently have no plans to make more.  As far as I know, if the part breaks your coach is INOPERATIVE because this part manages the air ride, HWH leveling and Tag Lift functions.

HWH isn't being very helpful.  I'm looking at either paying them for a limited production run (like 10) or taking mine out and reverse engineering it and making a production run of my own.    The units sell from HWH when they have them for $1200 each.    While they are expensive.  They are a part that will bring your coach to its knees if they fail.  I tend to carry spares for those items that are hard to get AND will shut me down.  This qualifies.

Questions:
Does anyone have a spare?
IF I contract to make/buy a group of them, does anyone want to buy one?
Finally, does anyone know of anybody might have one for sale, or a salvage yard?  Eric Olstrom and Kevin Waite DO NOT have any, I checked.

My first thought is to use Teflon tape on threads but be careful not to restrict air line.

Look at permatex thread sealant for air fittings.

If you need to rebuild the solenoids you can contact tom@newellgurus.com and ask if he has any kits available for sale.

Good Luck and safe travels.

Are you sure it is the valve body and not the hose or brass fitting?

If it is the body, maybe it is possible to have a good welding shop fix it. A bit more work but probably a lot cheaper.

You might try these guys for a used one:
RV Salvage Parts VisoneRV Used RV Parts | usedrvparts.visonerv.com (http://en.visonerv.com)

Their prices are usually high but they just might have one.

Good luck with it!
