Title: 2005 magna HWH slide extension
Post by: thejdm11 on September 02, 2021, 04:05:53 pm
Hey there, new to the forum so I apologize if this isn’t in the right place.

My 2005 magna is electronically finicky to say the least. The front HWH slide extension room won’t register that I’m trying to operate my slides. It’s getting power, as it flashes when the bus is in a leveling mode. But won’t light up at me when I turn the key to the on position. The HWH board was just replaced and has the same issues. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Perhaps the extend or retract switches are bad? The HWH slide control panel switches are known to go bad, at least on coaches like mine and earlier years. All four of the switches (only two slides) on mine have been replaced with new switches sourced inexpensively from HWH. I'll just throw out that on my coach nothing lights up when the key is turned on; the only light on the front control panel is for if the system detects low voltage.
