Can someone tell me what vehicles the head and tail lights are from on a 2000 CC Magna. I'm looking at replacements.

I have a 1997 Magna. I think your headlights are different than mine but your tail lights are standard Bargman. You can still buy the lenses or the whole light fixture in either incandescent or LED. I replaced my tail light lenses for very little expense. There are several dealers of Bargman lighting or you can go directly to the source:

I also own a 2000 Magna. As I recall the headlights are from BMW 1998.
