The solenoid for my rear slide failed on the way to the Tucson rally, causing the slide to retract on its own, and was replaced by CC techs at the rally.
The front solenoid had failed last year and was replaced under warranty, but since the coach is now over one year old, I was charged $110 for the part. The HWH guy came by, and volunteered that their warranty is longer than that, and offered to give me a new part to return to CC, and allow CC to cancel the charge.
What a great bunch of guys at HWH! My question for CC is: since HWH gives CC a longer warranty than CC gives to its customers, are they (CC) being reimbursed for parts that we have been for?

What a great bunch of guys at HWH! (snip) Kudos to HWH from us, too!
We've had an intermittent problem with our coach's HWH air leveling system, whereas the solenoid below its water trap would stay open, thereby leaking air when we travel. It failed again between Key West and Tampa. So (to make a long story short), I called HWH (Joe), who diagnosed the problem as a faulty one-way valve, which is attached to the water trap "out" connection.
He took my credit card number and overnighted the part to me ... but didn't charge my card!! Since getting an appointment here at Lazydays takes several months, they did arrange for a subcontractor to visit our campsite to replace the valve, once they heard I had the part. The sub replaced the leaky valve ($50 labor) and the problem is solved. And another "attaboy" for HWH.
I'll write another message about our new batteries .

Isn't it something that some companies stand right up to the plate on problems
