Title: 2006 45ft Affinity leaning to one side.
Post by: Rocky 1221 on June 30, 2025, 12:00:54 pm
Hello. I recently bought a 2006 Affinity. The coach leaned to the right side as we drove it home from the seller (about 10 miles). The coach pulled to the right due to this. Once we got it home, we leveled the coach (Air leveling system, not hydraulic obviously). The coach will level itself, however it will eventually lean to the right over a 24 hr period. To sum it up, it leans to the right when in travel mode, and when using the HWH system. What's causing this issue?

Unfortunately this can be several issues.

The travel mode is concerning, I would start by checking the ride height valves.  Does it start of at normal ride height and then lisp off to the right or does it simply start off right shifted.  If it starts off fine and then drops off I would suspect a massive air leak or the HWH ride height solenoid (on the six packs) may have gone bad, those are a simple replacement.

On the level mode, is it the entire right side that dips or just the front right or rear right?  The HWH system should wake up, sense the coach is not level and then turn on the HWH pump to inflate the appropriate air bags to level the coach.  Do you hear the pump come on during this 24hr period?
