Let me know if you find Velvac mirrors that will fit a 1999 coach without an adapter. I have a 99 Intrigue and have been told Velvac mirrors will not fit without a custom adapter that someone in Junction City, Oregon makes. Ramco made a set for a 2000 coach that look like Velvac mirros and did not require an adapter, but that company has apparently changed owners and they have no record of making the mirrors and have no interest in making a custom product.

Have you been told that the Velvac will fit a 99 model? I have been told that in 2000 CC changed the shape of the cap and the Velvac mirror will not fit without an adapter. Have you tried Northwest RV Supply 541-746-9092? They are located in Eugene, OR and have surplus and new parts. Their mirror prices are not cheap, but you never know you might hit them on the right day. They did have a 98 or 99 Intrigue and they were the ones that told me about the adapter.
