Has anyone had a problem with a slide out not closing flush? I have a 2004 Inspire in which the bedroom slide out sticks out abour 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch on the top left, bottom left and bottom right corners and is indented about the same distance on the top right corner. After several hours of trying to adjust it, Beaudry RV in Mesa and the local Country Coach technical rep say it is within spec and they can't do anything more about it. Anyone else have a similar experience...and if so, how did it turn out for you? Thanks for any and all comments.

Tony:

I had a similar problem last year. The slides would creep out a couple of inches.
CC replaced a couple of solenoids; however, I am uncertain if the Inspire slide mechanism is the same as the Intrigue.

Its not, Inspire is gear driven and an Intrigue is Hydrualic with pistons, unless you have the serpantine units. TWI Intrigue 11731

The serpantine also has hydraulic pistons, 4 of them. I had to bleed them after replacing the synchronizing cylinder, what a nightmare! I think electric/gear may be better...
