I recently was informed by a long time country coach owner that has come to our shop (carrier and sons, rv)for service that he had read on the country coach chat room that Ronnie and Gregg Bootes have left This is true but they did not make our company. The good service we give to every customer is still here and going strong. We have several country coach trained techs and some that have worked for country coach for 10yrs or more.this is information you might like to know. some of you only met Mr. bootes but we have several good techs.
This is for those who have been bashing our company. We are honest and hardworking people and we do what is right!

Hi to All,

We can certainly attest to the fact that Carrier & Sons in Eugene Oregon is a WONDERFUL place to go for service. We have owned 4 CC and have had 3 (the one we have now has not been in for service yet) coaches that we took to Carriers for service. They are very honest, hard working, easy to get along with (unless YOU are nasty to them or rude etc) know what they are doing, do quality work, go out of their way to help you in any way they can. We have had nothing but good experiences with them for the past 5 or 6 years. I would never hesitate to go there or recommend that someone else go there for service and they are factory authorized to do warranty work. Tom Carrier and his crew are great people in our opinion.

Aaron, I honestly don't remember It would have been fri or later. I watch four groups and they lump together in my yahoo e-mail . sooo i have 50 + everyday, look at them about 11:00 pm . As i said befor e it struck me as a "vocal " concern based on a previous contact with the employee and his wife? did she work for you also?. I will try to look at the site posts in the am and see if i can find it. Take care.

Good for you, Carrier & Sons! Stand up for yourselves!
I had some minor warranty work done at your shop a month or so ago. I was totally impressed with your tech (Rex, I think was his name). He went above and beyond in trying to accommodate me, and I left feeling like I would use you folks again for CC service.

Ron,

I want to thank you for your recent reply. We have been trying to find that posting but still have not found it. We also want to thank you for helping us try to find it. This situation has been very troublesome for us. We have worked very hard to build our business on honesty and trust. We are just wanting to contact who ever is unhappy with us so we can make things right.

thanks again
Teresa
