Subject: Eugene, Oregon Service

I was wondering what service centers in the Eugene, Oregon area might be good to use. We will be in the area early August and CC can't get us in for some repairs. I had planned on going to Carrier and Sons RV for the work, but heard they have had some major personel changes. I was told to deal only with the Shop Manager Greg and his wife Ronny. Unfortunitly, they both have recently left and gone to work for Monaco's service center in the area.

Since Gregg was recommended so highly by many CC owners, I had a lot of confidence that my repairs would be handled correctly.
Since I have also heard negetive comments on Carriers, I no longer feel I would get a quality job done there. So, any input would would be appreciated. I think there is a Cummins Coach Care in the area, if so, would this be a good place to go?

Any help, suggestions, or input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
