I noted in this mornings local paper that the Vice Presidential candidate for the Libertarian party is named Richard Campagna. The paper gave an address as IA. Any relation?

It's not *me* and he's no relation that I know of. However, since I'm neither Republican or Democrat, we may well have some similar views .
