On a recent trip our new to us 98 Intrigue seemed to lose power on hills. We took it to Cummins who diagnosed a charge air cooler leak. The coach runs fine on flat ground. Cummins suggested taking it to CC for repair. Is this a common problem? Thanks

From what I understand, it can be the CAC (charge air cooler) itself (like a leaking radiator), or the hoses attached to it might simply need a tighter connection. Hope it's a loose hose, 'cause apparently it costs over $2K to replace the CAC. What's your coach number, by the way? You might want to include it in your sig block, as below, to help those of us who have coaches "near" yours.
