Does anyone have the 2005 factory weight sheet for a 2005 Magna or Affinity? 52000 GVWR? How is the actual factory weight with fuel and water spread over the axles?

J/L,
Do you know how the 4600# is spread over each axle? I assume the ccc is for a 45 footer since the 40 foot model is not out yet.

I have a 45 footer the distribution of weight would be a function of how you load it.

Doesn't Country Coach weigh every coach and provide new owners with a weight sheet? This would show real axle weights. I want to see each actual axle weight (with fuel and water included) of a 2005 Magna before the coach leaves the factory. Then I will know how to load the coach and exactly how much cargo carrying capacity I have.

The numbers you gave are the axle rationgs, not the actual weight when it left the factory. Every coach from CC comes with a computer sheet with 4 point weight, this is supposed to be full of fuel, fresh water, and propane(if required),from this youcan figure the CCC.
