As Paul Harvey would say "Now for the rest of the story"
I called the KOA to have a better understanding of the problem. There always is two sides to a story

It was not a Country Coach. It was a Dutch Star or Dutch Craft and yes he just bought it from accross the street. Yes there was and electrical problem, something about neutral was lifted and there was a problem at the post were the receptical was mounted. It is questionable about 220 volts. The Campground indicated they cooperated with the folks by having the unit fixed by those who sold it and paid the bill.

Some weeks latter more problems are being talked about.
This and all campgrounds from time to time have electrical problems.
Some address it better than others. The suggestion about checking it with a meter is a good one if you know what to expect and what the meter should read.

I guess the situation just reminds us not to be complacent about such an important step in connecting to campground facilities. Country Coach has gone to great lengths to protect our coaches with safety circuits.
