As you might have known I pretty much copied the Monaco format.
Well, the Monaco site owner was a little unhappy that I did, so I sent him a letter of apology and will change our introduction slightly. I never did get on the closed Monaco site, but I did get the information.

Also, the basic bookmarks were from his list to which I added a couple of extras which I also found in our technical manuals.
