I have added Rancho Cordova Independent Diesel Repair, in Sacramento area to my list of good service experiences. Bill French, owner, is the son of a former CC employee and has attended the CC factory for training, as well as his main man for CC repairs, Gary. We had a parted main drain line caused by the line being too short and the kitchen sink ended up draining onto the tile floor while traveling thru on the way to Oregon. No advance notice for an appointment, but a yes to dropping by early in the morning and we'll see what we can do.
The attitude of both of them is strictly "can do". In fact while struggeling to get the HWH piston out from in front of a drain line under the kitched sink, I said, will that will fit ok won't it? Response was, well yes, but I want to make it perfect.
This is the kind of attitude that I like working on my coach

I've dealt with the people at Independent Diesel twice since I got this coach and both times was very happy with their attitudes and quick assistance, so let me add a second vote of confidence in them..even though they didn't find where the toilet was leaking the first time. LOL
