It sounds like we may be the exception among CC owners. We have a non-smoking Cat 505 engine on our 04 Magna (and previously had a non- smoking Cat on our Affinity) and we actually have had pleasant experiences at the factory (most recently in July) EXCEPT for the crowded condition of the "campground." While we surely understand that different coaches, even ones coming off the assembly line the same day, can have different problems, perhaps we have had the wrong attitude when getting factory or dealer service. We did not expect a perfect coach (and heaven knows we did not get one) but we do work with the service people to solve the problems and so far that has worked for us. Count us among happy CC owners - and email us privately if you want to know what we do complain about - namely electronics and storage (though Shaun Davis solved the latter issue this summer and will solve the former one next spring).

I would like to say DITTO I have had excellent relations with the factory and yes there were some problems but they have worked with me to resolve the problem of that day.
My original punch list was as long as anyone, some were factory problems others operator error in both cases I was given help. I ask for no more, All have been resolved.
