I'm probably going to step on some people's toes, but here goes.

There seems to be a rash of complaints lately, particularly in connection with a comparison of CC to Newmar. It makes me wonder if it isn't a put-up job by Newmar. Assuming it isn't, I have to ask if the complainers have gone up the line at CC for help. After three CC's I have found Doug Rutherford to be emminently fair---will even go the extra mile. Maybe it's the way I approach him----not demanding, but asking. Maybe it's because I try to go to at least one CCI rally a year to keep in contact with the service people. Don't misunderstand me, I have had my share of problems, especially with one coach I no longer own and with which the present owner is very happy. The fact remains, however, I keep coming back to CC because I believe their quality and their service after the sale to be the best in the industry.

I suggest the " bitching " be held in check unless all avenues of relief have been exhausted. Unwarranted or exaggerated complaints will only serve to drive people away from CC, and that hurts all of us.
