There is NO CC Dealer in Portland. I live in Milwaukie (suburb of Portland) and have been "dealing" with this "challenge" for my Two years of CC ownership. I took our coach to Olinger's for a Ride Height Control Valve Repair and Luckily I have Repair Insurance. Cause the Insurance got "Screwed", in my Opinion. Even tho I told them what CC Phone techs said what was wrong. Seems like most Portland dealer do NOT know "Country Coach stuff", even though many components are the same as other Diesel Pushers. Right now, I'm dealing with a Room Slide Out Problem With ZERO response from CC in Junction City.
Best Bet is CC in Junction City or Carrier & Sons in Eugene. 2 hours drive to the south. Some say Guaranty in JC, but I've heard mixed reports on them...
Good Luck
Lee '01 Intrigue, in Portland until year's end. Then I am retiring to have time to keep my Coach Fixed as needed.....

I wouldn't take my Magna to local dealers around here that know little about CC's. Not a big deal to drive 90 mi. to JC or Eugene to either CC factory or Carrier's. Both have given me great service so far. In fact, I bought the CC because I was that close to where it was made!

Heck, here in the wide open spaces of Texas, I am 130 miles from Buddy Gregg. But I guess to us Texans that is just a little afternoon drive ;-).
