HI everyone,
Am I mistaken or did I not hear the Country Coach team promise that they were working on a integrated parts database that customers could use on the website, as well as a technical information database? I seem to recall this being discussed 2 years ago. It seems to have fallen through the cracks or set aside during the rush to sell these great new coaches. I think that we have some wonderfully gifted technical people at Country Coach who are not being utilized enough in getting this developed and I would like to see CC owners revive this issue with the management. It seems it would streamline the owners ability to directly order parts from the manufacturer and speed up delivery as well as taking pressure off the parts department.
If they could only put all the technical articles covered in the CC Destinations on line and index them, that would also be a great help to us who are not going to carry every magazine along with us and hunt down the topics. It is not rocket science to do this... Brian Keys' articles have been excellent, but very few of them are on the website now.
If Country Coach is going to be considered "World Class" they need to move into the 21st century and get this info online! They have the talent, let's see them utilize it! Most of their vendors already have much more information on their websites. It should not be just sales oriented. We should be able to put our coach number in and get all the information and parts we need. That is what they SAID they were working on... I cannot believe that money is an issue since they are well into the black now and we know they have the technical talent. So what's the hold up???
What say you all?
Any takers want to email the management? Start with jhoward@... (jhoward@...) . Let's light a fire under this issue again...time's a wastin'!

The Country Coach website is great if you are considering buying a CC motorhome. The website is useless if you own one.

I agree! But I think if owners would express their desire to see a useful technical website as was promised a few years aog, it would happen. I hope that if anyone else is interested in this that they will contact country coach and let them know rather than just complain about it on this site that they may or may not see. I wish you would convey your message to CC management! I did. They will listen to their customers- but the key is the plural of customer... if one crank like me is the only voice they hear, they will not consider this issue a priority. We can only benefit from a good technical website- especially new coach owners or people new to even owning a coach!
Please share your thoughts with Country Coach!
