Hi. I cover the two steps at the front door with carpet remnants and leave my shoes there. Outside shoes are not worn inside the RV. I have a pair of sneakers that I drive with and they never go outside. In warm weather it is nice to walk around inside in bare feet as the tiles can be very soothing. In winter heavy wool socks are worn as I do not have floor heat and would never want it. FWIW rvmike 2000 Allure 30493 98 CRV.
