There are many parks, some have club houses and pools, others with no ammenities. Mesa and Apache Junction have some of the lowest prices.
I can't recommend any of them as my coach is currently parked at the Lamplighter in Star Valley next Payson. I can recommend it, only $275 a month, but it will be about 15 degrees cooler than the valley.

Try Superstition Sunrise in Apache Junction on Meridian Ave.
