I think there is an omelet recipe that originated at a CC rally that is good and easy.
Chop up any ingretiates that you might think one would like in an omelet...put them out in separate bowls or baggies, whip up 18 eggs with a small amount milk...give each person a small freezer zip-lock bag with their name on it and let them choose what they want in their omelet except the eggs...you add 2/3 cup of egg and drop in boiling water after sealing the zip...cook about 10 minutes...several at a time...I found if you take them out and lay them flat about half way through...squeeze any juicy parts out...gently...and drop them back in they will cook faster...and then call name and serve out on a plate...you have a fluffy clean egg dish...Hope this is good for you....we have used it several times at rallies and such...Mary Lindsey FMCA Arkansas Traveler and CC Texan...Texarkana, AR
