Based on a fax I received last year from country coach, the 2003 Magna w/Tag axle ride height specs are:
Front: 8-5/8 inches bag height
Rear: 8 inchesmeasured bottom of frame rail to bottom bag mounting plate [top edge of plate].
Tag: Dependent on rear axle measurement.
I had Jim Craig at CC fax me a copy of all the measurements for my coach last year and the fax included other 1999-2003 models with the Dyno-Max Chassis.
