Interesting!

They are still listed as a full service location on the CC Owner Service web page. Does this include the Knoxville location?

Very interesting....surely you don't mean that a CC dealership will refuse to service a CC coach that they didn't sell? IF this is correct, I strongly urge you to advise CC of this and everyone else who'll listen. This is a very POOR business practice to say the least!

This may be a trend...I read about this happening on the Newmar site all the time.

Buddy Gregg dealerships march to a different drummer and do not do business like any other dealer I know.
When I bought my coach they would not give me a bid and said they did not do business like that. I don't know how they stay in business, and have not encountered many people that have bought CC products from him, but apparently business is very good!
