I have the same problem with the fitting on my 03 Intrigue. I carry a Porter Cable pancake compressor, so it hasn't been a big issue. None of the male fittings that came with the compressor fit the female fitting installed in the coach.
I will be at Junction City for service next week and will check with the service guys.

I had the same experience. When looking into it, I discovered that there are multiple standards for compressor cable connector fittings.
CC uses the automotive standard, while many compressor systems use another one (used by many non-automotive shops).
I resolved this by replacing both female connectors on my Magna with a "universal" female connector which accepts both the automotive and the shop male connections.

I bought the universal female connectors at Home Depot for less than $10 a piece.
