Team,

I have a 2003 Allure with a Thetford "ARIA" Electric Toilet. While camped the toilet began flushing on its own continuously until it filled the Black Tank and overflowed in the coach. Not pretty.

Thetford indicated they've had a problem with this electronic controller, but is now fixed. Sorry do not know what seriel numbers the fix began with.

I've heard of too many flooded RVs to not take this simple step. Shouldn't have to do it, I know ... but it's so easy to do. And if you use a ball valve at the bib, it takes a simple swing of the lever to turn it off or on.

Great advice. The same goes for the onboard pump, too. Hit that switch on the way out if not on city water. I call it insurance!
