Been working 70 to 84 hours per week, can't keep current on email & have not searched for other letters on this subject. So I hope not to be bothering you with an old subject.
Both heat pumps have failed. They are good only as fans. If heat or cool mode is selected the front unit trips the breaker. If heat or cool mode is selected the rear unit is silent. The rear unit used to be very noisy, worse in heat mode. Maybe a new rear heat pump will be less noisy.
I have tried both hard & soft resets of Comfort Control.
Camping World will "diagnose the problems" and predicted 10 days to get replacement heat pumps.
Model is Duo-therm 630516.321, S. N. 42534966 & 42532962.
With 2 units down, I wonder if others have failed or if EMS might have induced problems.

Eric and Terry:
If you have a 2005 Inspire, the problems you describe should be under warranty. Your first inquiry should be CC or authorized CC service center rather than Camping World.
