I am interested in purchasing a 1996 or 1997 40' Intrigue in the near future. At least that is the current target coach at this time but I remain flexible.
I am looking for a web site that has the floor plans for those years.
The factory apparently doesn't have any archived floor plans or other information.

Interesting that CC can't help. It sounds like this might be a "venture" that those of us on the forum could help out with. Those of us with "old" CC's but that have the floorplans and brochures might be able to scan them and post them in the File folder or Photo folder...whatever. We could build an info base that would help anyone who is looking at "mature CCs"...
What's everyone think?

Good idea. We received a complete set of options lists, sales brochures, etc, when we bought our '98 Intrigue in June '03 and I'm willing to share.

As someone who has tried to secure specs, standard features and floorplans on pre-2001 CC models from the factory, I can assure you that this would be a significant resource for people interested in pre-owned Country Coaches. I believe this cache of information would only enhance the marketability of pre-loved CC motor coaches. After closely auditing this forum for about 6 months now, the depth of information and experience that is willingly shared by the owner/operators is impressive, especially when compared to what the factory has unfortunately chosen not to archive. Trust me, I've tried to get info from them on coaches from proir years and its sketchy at best.

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] Re: Floorplans Database As an owner of an old, 1989 CC, I think an archival database would be very helpful. The only manual that came with our coach was for the microwave. As I had mentioned in a much earlier posting, CC was of no help, but Gillig did provide a good manual on the chassis - thank goodness. I would be willing to contribute what little bit I know, and could draw up a floorplan of our coach.
I'm sure there must be someone in this group who has time and talent to set up a database.
A personal comment/observation
I have really enjoyed reading the messages. The extent of knowledge here and the willingness to share information is amazing.
On a lighter side.
Did you read about how they tracked the mad cow disease animals from Canada to US last year, but the haven't been able to keep track of illegal immigrants. The solution is to give each illegal immigrant a cow.
