Now I have a good strong signal and 802.11g.
Please share info on this "external wireless car/antenna that plugs into the USB port". Are you talking about a Wi-Fi adapter that hangs on the end of a USB cable that you can dangle out your window or are you talking about an antenna type device that could actually be mounted on the roof of a motorhome? THAT would be cool!

Steve,

Take a look at this web site for Linksys. The antenna does not mount external. Either directly in the USB port or can be extended about 5 ft with an included extension base that can be mounted to a wall or window by adding a suction cup. Purchased the antenna at Sam's along with a 802.11g router I use at home.
