I don't know how true this is but someone told me if you buy a new coach in Florida that state has the best lemon law. Try the court system.
Last yr we got taken on faulty transmission work done in Tampa Florida and we are taking him to court in Tampa. The case should be coming up in January. Maybe we'll see you there.
We hate the courts but if that's your only way to go let them sit in court all day with you. The courts are all mediated first anyway before going before the judge. We called down there and they were very helpful and they send you the paperwork or you can get them online.

Florida has a very strict lemon law. It seemed kinda vague when I read it but after talking to the FL Attorney General's office I found it not to be vague at all. If you have a vehicle that you purchased new, that the manufacture has made three unsuccessful attempts to fix, then your vehicle qualifies.
All you have to do is document the repair attempts then contact the AG's office to file.
Then make an appointment for a "final repair attempt". The manufacturer will be notified and they will contact you. If the manufacture chooses, which Chrysler chose to do, then they negoitiate with you directly. If they choose not to then the AG's office takes it from there.
I had a Chrysler lemon in '98 and Chrysler didn't argue with me at all. I think because they knew Florida takes a dim view on junky products. Chrysler didn't want to have to comply with the rules involved with going through the lemon law process (ie reporting the car as a lemon) so they offered to buy it back for MSRP minus some $ for milage. I don't know about now but back in '98 there was very little on the internet about lemon repurchases.
Just give the AG's office a call and they will tell you the process.

I believe the Florida lemon law does have restrictions on what type of defects you can claim. I was told that in order to invoke the lemon law the defect must be safety related. Not everything qualifies under the law but I am not a lawyer.

Sure want to hear the outcome of all this - I hope that with Bob Lee gone quality doesn't go south - in my prior life quality mattered and I was a stickler on it - customers would pay a little more if they knew they were getting quality - one reason we went with CC -
We almost purchased a SeeYa - Sales rep kept pushing us to sign for it - "Oh they will fix that!" - Guess you want it fixed before you sign for it or refuse it

The lemon law only covers mechanical defects and safety issues. From what I could find out at Lazy Days today, the issues on this coach are cosmetic.
