Last week when doing a load of washing the 2000 S Splendide in our 2004 Allure, the selection dial began click and spin around and around and the machine was failing to do the washing cycle. After contacting Splendide (www.splendide.com/support), I pulled the washer out of it's cubby hole and checked the circuit board. Found a connector on the board that was chared and one of the connector spades burned off.

Splendide is sending me a new board and connector and a couple of fuses which have to be replaced. The tech support guy also e-mailed me several service bulletins describing the trouble shooting and replacement processes. Very helpful and efficient. Just passing this along for the good of the group. It reinforces the principle of going to the manufacturer of the motor home component if you are having problems, rather than contacting CC or your dealer for quicker, more efficient tech support. Safe Travel to all Terry.

Why not upload those bulletins to the files section for others to review and use?
