Did anyone get a safety recall on the slide/storage tray in the basement for a 2002/2003/2004 ALLURE?

.

That is a fix for the design of the release lever, where the lever was located in such a way that your finger was close to the bay door lock block, and could (and in my case, did) get pinched between the bottom of the roll-out tray and the block. This picture shows how I re-positioned the lever, from about the 9 pm pos. to the 12 noon pos. and added a pull handle to the side of the tray, so I keep my fingers away from pinch points.

I also added a lock pin, to make sure the roll out tray does not bang against the bay door during travel. One guy told me his tray was not latched properly, and it knocked open the bay door as he made a turn, and the tray rolled out the full amount.
