My 99 Intriue was beginning to peel the clear coat from all sides, was worse on pass side as it had more direct sun. The peeling started from straight edge on top of coach and extended to the curve of roof. I took it to my local RV repair shop he cleaned and sanded then reclear coated from the straight edge to the drip strip at the top of sides.
Really nice looking results. Cost was less than $500. I think it is very reasonable for a 40 ft coach. Repair done at Lee's RV Service in Orange Park, Florida, 904-272-2750. Orange Park is located just south of Jacksonville Florida.
