heres a funny but sad story.i wanted to have XM radio in my new intrigue.i took the coach to a local radio dealer to have it installed, my am/fm/cd panisonic in dash says XM radio ready.the dealer started to install only to find that i already had XM from the factory.well no where in my paperwork did it say that the coach was equipped with XM radio.well the next thing to do was to find why it wasnt working.after hours of trouble shooting and half of the front interior ripped out, they found a cable running from the cd stacker back to the XM reciver had a connector cut off.the dealer said that they shorted the cable and instead of fixing it they just cut the end off the cable.where was QC during this process??well after spending $90:00 for a new cable and $220:00 for labor im now enjoying XM radio in my new coach that i never knew i had.so i guess next time something doesnt work in my coach the first thing i will look for is a short cut that some factory worker took instead of doing their job properly.thanks for letting me vent...

Congratulations on finding and getting it fixed. Now, just send the bill to Country Coach with the explanation and I am sure they will reimburse since that would be covered by new coach warranty.
