Here's what has happened. On our most recent trip, we noticed during a rest stop that the right rear of the coach looked a little low. At our destination, the coach dumped and leveled properly. Further investigation (starting the engine, putting it in Drive, etc.) it appears that the left rear is not coming up.
Upon inspection, the two rear valves did not appear to be set the same. Not knowing exactly how to adjust them (that section seems to be missing from the chassis manual), we made the left one look like the right one. Still not much change in the travel height. The valves appear to be the metal ones, not plastic.
Does anyone have instructions on how to adjust the ride height? We found the specs in the file section, but no "how-to". We can fit under the coach with the air dumped.

I suspect you may have a ride height valve going bad, but lets try & get you going. If you can get under the coach when all air is dumped, then this will be a piece of cake.
You'll need the proper ride height measurement for your coach and where the measurement is taken. Mine is in my chassis manual under "suspension". If you can't find this info call CC tech.
You'll need a 1/4" nut driver & tape measure. Remember that you only take a measurement on the up stroke, so if a side is high you must exhaust air and then go up to desired height. You exhaust air by moving horizontal rod down & put air in by moving horizontal rod up.
I do this with the motor running so I have constant air.
Start the engine and wait until your HWH keypad green travel light lights. Set parking brake if not already done. Get under coach.
Using 1/4" nutdriver loosen hose clamp on rubber grommet that connects vertical ride height rod to the horizontal rod. Loosen both sides.
Take measurement of both sides. Start by lowering a side if it is too high--remember lower below height and go back up to desired measurement. If one side was ok, then raise low side to desired height--if it won't raise then you may have a bad valve. Recheck other side. If both sides now at desired height retighten hose clamps on grommets. You are done!
