Reply to Jim Hughes:

Jim, When we were at Emerald Desert with the Southwest Country Coachers last month, the CCI tech who adjusted the front shocks noticed we were having trouble with the steps closing completely. He used this solution on the slides and they started working like they should.
I'm going to go back across the street to the rally today and see if CCI can supply a bottle.

"Nila Combs",

Don't mean to butt in but I've been through this with the Kwikee techs. They advise nothing more than WD-40(which they consider a solvent cleaner) as anything else with gather dirt. I have had no problems since following their directions.

Hope this helps...........
Steve
