Approximately how long should it take our Powertech 7.0 (without load) to reach and stabilize at "normal" voltage? Tonight, it hung out a little under 100V for a few minutes before heading up to where it should be. FWIW, outside temp is ~63 degrees F.

Dick,

That is the way mine "normally" functions until the house batteries are bulk charged, which can take from 2 to 20 minutes. I don't believe it should do this and suspect I have a loose connection in the 120 volt inverter circuit somewhere. It's on my things to fix list.
