New to this forum but have had an 04 Intrigue Quad slide for 9 months and love it.
My front suspension has "bottomed out" since I bought the coach. Had the front shocks and ride height adjusted and it is better, but still hits hard with aggressive driving on dippy roads. Any other thoughts?

Dick, I had the same problem with my 03 Allure 40' w/tag and 2 slides. At one of the CC rallies I was talking to Doug Rutherford about it and he said he would bet it was ride height even though it had been checked. One of the techs checked it and sure enough the front was low. I've had no more bottoming out since. I think the moral is not every dealer's service tech knows how or to what spec ride height should be set.

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] Suspension hits bottom Walt,

Had the ride height set twice already but you are probably correct. Heading to Beaudry RV first of the week for the punch list. Maybe they can get it right. thanks

May I make a suggestion? Get CC to send you the ride ht. specs for your coach so you can be sure the Beaudry guys have the right spec. I've only had one experience with their service dept. and it was not favorable.

My Intrigue has the 3 way adjustable Koni's, and it bottomed out at times. I took off my fronts, and set them in the middle of the 3 positions, I should have done the firmest position, but it's a big improvement just on the middle setting. I intend to make sure the rears are at least in the middle or firmest soon, and reset the fronts to firmest.

If you get a copy of all the latest ride height settings from CC, please post it to the files section. That way everyone can benefit. The copy I put there over a year ago only covers through the 2003 models.

Thanks
