On all screens theres a rubber strip that slide against window to keep it sealed- As you run the window open and shut the rubber on the screen begins to come out so you press it back in with your finger-

Question- Has any one come up with a way to keep these rubber seal where they belong?

There are some glues, used in the auto industry to hold weatherstripping in place, that will work fine. They are available at auto supply stores, such as NAPA. It works very well to hold rubber to metal. Use a toothpick to apply.. and go very light. Not much is needed.

Hope this helps,
